IT'S TIME TO APPLY FOR THE CCXP25 ARTISTS’ VALLEY!
The Artists’ Valley is most definitely the heart of CCXP. It is a space for both independent and renowned artists to show their work, interact with fans, as well as sell prints, sketchbooks, original artwork, and other materials. The Artists' Valley is one of the largest area of its kind in events around the world, reuniting more than 450 artists.
This year, we will have the 12th edition of CCXP, which will take place between December 4th and 7th, 2025 (with the Spoiler Night on December 3rd) at São Paulo Expo, hosting 368 tables.
Comic books are still one of CCXP’s cornerstones and the Artists’ Valley continues to be adapted to realize the visitors’ demands, who consider AV as one of the festival's favorite areas, as well as offer artists a chance to use CCXP as a platform to be closer to their audiences and sell their products.
It is worth mentioning that the fulfillment of all the requirements is not a guarantee that the bidder will have a table at Artists' Valley since, despite the large offer of tables, there is a possibility that they will not be enough for the demand of comics artists and, in this case, it will be up to the event organizers to assign tables to the bidders based on the information provided in the registration form. We also remind you that there is the possibility of renting booths in different formats and sizes.
If you are interested in a booth, please contact CCXP's commercial area (comercial@omeletecompany.com) as soon as possible for information on availability, prices and conditions.
To ensure the best use of Artists’ Valley, we have established a selection process, the rules of which are set out below.
READ THE GUIDE CAREFULLY:
. Fill in the application form with all relevant information which may help you during this selection process.
. The application is individual per artist, that is, in the case of artists who intend to share a table, each of them must apply separately, indicating that they want half a table (single or double). Each entry will be analyzed separately and, after approval and subsequent hiring of the half table, the process of grouping the artists will take place. Entries on behalf of more than one artist will be automatically cancelled.
. In the case of an artist collective, only one application should be submitted under the name of a representative. The "Artist Name" field must include the name of the collective, which will be used in all official event communications. In the "Additional Information" field, list the names of all members attending the event, along with the portfolio link for each of them. Please note the maximum number of artists allowed per table: 1 (one) artist for a shared table (single or double), and 2 (two) artists for a Individual table (single or double). One (1) additional credential may be purchased; however, no extra chair will be provided. For more badges, public attendee badges must be purchased. These have a different entry time than the one designated for exhibitors, which includes artists from the Artists' Valley.
2025 TIMELINE
The realization of your dream is right here! See below the main dates of Artists' Valley.
1. SELECTION CRITERIA
Pay close attention to the criteria that we take into account when analyzing the applications received:
1.1 The PRIORITY will be for COMIC BOOK ARTISTS, in particular the ones with new comic books set to be released during CCXP25;
1.2 Artists' Valley is a space exclusively for artists to exhibit and sell their comics and derivatives production. Only comics written, drawn, finished and/or colored by the exhibiting artist must be displayed there, as well as other items also created by the artist. The exhibition and sale of third-party works is prohibited, even if published by the artist. Publishers should contact the CCXP commercial area to check the areas where they can display and sell their items within the event.
1.3 Piracy is absolutely prohibited at CCXP25. Applications mentioning sales of T-shirts, mugs, and other products with characters created by other artists must state that the applicant holds a license to produce and/or sell products with those characters, otherwise the application will be immediately declined;
1.4 Plagiarizing other artists is also prohibited at the Artists’ Valley;
1.5 The sale of art created exclusively by AI (artificial intelligence) is prohibited without the artist proving that he is the author of the source material;
1.6 Any work including hate speech against any minority or instigating violence against someone or a social group based on race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, creed, sexuality or any other aspect will not be accepted at CCXP25;
1.7 Any products related to a political party or religiously affiliated won’t be accepted at CCXP25;
1.8 We’re also trying to keep the Artists’ Valley as diverse as possible when it comes to subjects and styles in order to show how diverse this kind of market truly is. So we are aware that there might be a higher number of artists with similar art styles and we’ll try to keep it as diverse as possible.
1.9 Correct submission of all information requested in the registration form, as without them, it is not possible to evaluate the artist's proposal;
1.10 If possible, please create an exclusive gallery or page on your portfolio and submit the link to it in the application form. Please avoid sending links to pages or profiles on social networks where your portfolio is dispersed or difficult to consult;
1.11 The participation in Artists’ (V)Alley during previous CCXP editions does not guarantee a spot in this edition.
CCXP is a place of diversity, where everyone is welcome. For this reason, at the sole discretion of the ORGANIZER and at any time, including after possible approval, interested parties who demonstrate any type of public behavior that could potentially constitute or encourage discrimination or prejudice of any nature will be automatically excluded from the selection process, including, without limitation, discrimination due to sex, race, color, ethnicity, religion, origin or sexual orientation, among others.
Please pay close attention to the information regarding the link to your online portfolio:
. Use an accessible link. This link will be used to evaluate your application for the Artists’ Valley. Applications without this link or if it is inactive/broken will be disregarded;
. Please submit only one link. If more than one link is submitted, only the first one will be used for evaluation;
. Do not submit a link to an outdated page or profile on social media which contains both your portfolio and photos or information that are not relevant to the evaluation of your application;
. If possible, please create an exclusive gallery or page on your portfolio and submit the link to it in the application form.
We usually receive a large number of applications (two to three times the number of spots available), which results in some healthy competition for spots. Please BE CAREFUL AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN FILLINF OUT THE FORM. Also, make sure to include all information that can make your application stand out from the hundreds of applications received.

- or R$ 2,080.00 to share a double table with another artist (maximum of two artists per double table)

We strongly encourage artists to share a table with another comic artist! Check out some reasons for our suggestion:
• Reduces your investment in the table rental;
• Contributes to attracting more audience to the table;
• Having company facilitates the operation of the table, which will never be empty. So, you can take turns going to the food court, going to the bathroom or even participating in activities offered by CCXP such as lectures and workshops while the table sales continue.
IMPORTANT
Tables will be rented individually and the same artist cannot rent more than one table, whether single or double. On the other hand, the artist can share the table with up to one other artist. Artists who intend to share the table must register individually and not in pairs. Each entry will be analyzed separately and, after approval and subsequent hiring of the half-table, the process of grouping the artists at the tables will take place.
The organization of CCXP is very careful in granting double tables. Artists who register for a double table (individual or shared) and who are not approved will automatically be considered for a single table;
The application must be made using the form available at the end of this document. Only forms duly completed with all the information requested and sent by May 13th will be considered.
3. PRODUCT SALES AT THE ARTISTS’ VALLEY
3.1. Artists’ Valley tables are exclusively for the commercialization and exhibition of COMICS in their various formats. Additionally, the artist can also take derivative items such as prints, sketchbooks, original art, etc. and the table must be occupied by the author of the items sold there;
3.2. The use of the webpage for selling any kind of material produced by other artists or on behalf of publishing houses is not authorized under any circumstances. In such cases, the company or the artist must get in touch with CCXP’s Commercial Department (comercial@omeletecompany.com) for more information on available options;
3.3. Materials whose commercial rights belong to third parties may not be sold without the express authorization or license of the third party. Unlicensed items cannot be sold in any CCXP space. The same rule applies to works that can be characterized as plagiarism;
3.4. The sale of art created exclusively by AI (artificial intelligence) is prohibited without the artist proving that he is the author of the source material;
3.5. All activities planned for the booth, as well as the products to be sold, must be described in the registration form. These activities and products will be made public by the festival organizers as long as the booth schedule is sent in advance;
3.6. Shall the artist's online store contain any items that are not recommended for underage visitors, the store webpage must display an adult content-related disclaimer and only allow access once the visitor has agreed to it;
3.7. Indicate only items that you really intend to bring to the event, as this will be considered when evaluating your registration and, during the event, the Artists' Valley staff will confirm that the item is available on your table;
3.8. Title to the table is personal to the approved artist and non-transferable. Therefore, it is expressly forbidden for the table to be shared or transferred to another artist, even if that artist has been approved in the CCXP25 Artists' Valley selection process.
4. TABLE LOCATION
4.1. The definition of the location of the artist's table in the Artists' Valley will be made by the organization of the event in order to harmoniously accommodate the different types of tables (single and double), the positioning of guests and other issues related to the logistics of the event itself.
4.2. After completing the selection process, hiring tables and groupings of artists who intend to share the table, all those approved will be contacted to indicate any interest in having their table next to the table of another artist(s), which will happen in August 15th to September 8th.
4.3. The CCXP organization will also take into account requests from artists who want to stay close to each other by participating in joint projects, collectives, etc. but there is no guarantee that all such requests can be fulfilled.

The final sale will be conditioned to the acceptance of the conditions of these instructions and the rules contained in the manual.
5.5. Being at Artists' Valley is something disputed by many artists, so it’s the responsibility of the approved artist to be present at CCXP and at their table on all days of the event, including the Spoiler Night (3rd December) and during all opening hours of the event for the public, including the special opening hours for fans with Epic Pass credentials(1 hour before the official opening of the gates). There will be monitoring of the presence of artists at the table, to be carried out daily by the Artists' Valley staff.
5.6 At the end of the event, we will send out a feedback survey to learn about your experience at CCXP25. Your responses are essential in helping us continue to improve this area that is, without a doubt, the heart of CCXP. We’re counting on your participation!
6. ACCOMPANYING CREDENTIAL
6.1. The artist who chooses to be alone at a INDIVIDUAL single or double table will be entitled to an additional credential for an accompanying person at no additional cost. We will contact you in October 2025 to request information about this companion for the issuance of the credential. The companion credential entitles you to access the CCXP every day (including Spoiler Night), with entry through CAEX - Exhibitor Service Center.
6.2. Artists who choose Shared Tables (Single or Double) will be entitled to only one (1) artist credential.
6.3. It is important to point out that the companion cannot act as the second artist at the table, that is, he/she cannot sell his/her products or those of third parties. Its presence is exclusively to assist the artist in the operation of the table.
6.4 PwD artists who provide the documents requested in the registration form will be entitled to a credential for 1 (one) companion with no additional cost.
7. ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS
7.1. The artist may acquire 1 (one) additional exhibitor credentials in the event that more people are needed to operate the table. The additional credential this year will cost R$1.020.00. It entitles you to access CCXP every day (including Spoiler Night), with entry through CAEX - Exhibitor Service Center.
7.2. It is important to note that the holder of the additional credential will not be able to act as the second artist at the table, that is, he/she will not be able to sell his/her products or those of third parties. Its presence is exclusively to assist the artist in the operation of the table.
We also emphasize that the ownership of the table is not transferable under any circumstances and that, if the artist is unable to be present at the event, he/she must immediately inform the CCXP organization through the e-mail artistsvalley@ccxp.zendesk.com.
For more badges, public attendee badges must be purchased. These have a different entry time than the one designated for exhibitors, which includes artists from the Artists' Valley.
