Angeli

Angeli, born on August 31, 1956 in São Paulo, published his first drawing at the age of 14 in Senhor magazine. In 1973, he began to collaborate with Folha de S.Paulo, where he created the strip "Chiclete com Banana", launched as a magazine in 1985, making a mark in the publishing market. He created characters such as Rê Bordosa, Bob Cuspe and Wood & Stock. Author of books and published in international magazines, he worked exclusively for Folha until 2017, contributing monthly since then. He participated in film and animation adaptations, and was awarded at HQ Mix for 16 consecutive years. In 2014, he was honored as “Grand Master” and had his works exhibited by Google and UNHCR.
