Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy burst onto the scene with her performance in A24's The VVitch, which received rave reviews when it premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival. In his debut feature, writer/director Robert Eggers tells the story of a family pilgrim who is besieged by a supernatural force. She won the Breakthrough Actor Award at The Gotham Awards and the Best New Female Award at The Empires for her performance.

Taylor-Joy captivated audiences around the world in Netflix's Emmy Award-winning series The Queen's Gambit. Based on Walter Tevis' 1983 novel of the same name, the show was Netflix's most-watched scripted program at the time and was streamed by a record 62 million households in its first 28 days. For her portrayal of ‘Beth Harmon’, she won Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice and Screen Actors Guild awards and was nominated for an Emmy.

She can next be seen in Apple's upcoming film The Gorge alongside Miles Teller. In addition to acting, Taylor-Joy is a global brand ambassador for Dior and Tiffany & Co.
