Bilquis Evely

Born in São Paulo, she began working in the field in 2009 in the magazine "Luluzinha Teen e Sua Turma", where she remained until her debut in the North American market in 2012, by Dynamite Entertainment. In 2015, she joined DC Comics, having worked on titles such as Wonder Woman and The Dreaming, work that earned her the German Rudolph Dirks Awards 2018 for Best South American Artist and a nomination for Best Artist at the traditional Eisner Awards in 2020. She also co-created Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, with writer Tom King. The miniseries was nominated for an Eisner in the category of Best Limited Miniseries in 2022. She is currently working on her authorial project Helen of Wyndhorn with Tom King and Matheus Lopes.
