Camila Kater

Camila Kater is a director, animator, and educator. She directed the multi-award-winning short film CARNE (2019), which premiered at Locarno, won over 95 awards, and was nominated for an Oscar®. She holds a Master's degree in Animation from the Erasmus Re:anima program and gives lectures and workshops on experimental animation. She is currently developing the series "CARNE," directing the animation for Fernanda Salgado's feature film, "Ana, en passant," currently in production, and directing her upcoming anima doc, "Ele está no meio de nós."
