

Juliana Pisani
A native of São Paulo, Juliana Pisani, an engineer by training and a marketer by avocation, leads Universal Destinations & Experiences' marketing strategies in Latin America. With over 20 years of experience in industries as diverse as consulting, consumer goods, beauty, and retail, she is responsible for bringing Universal's communications to life in the region, combining PR, consumer marketing, trade, and promotions to bring the adrenaline rush of the parks to millions of people. Before joining Universal in 2020, she was CMO of KFC and Taco Bell in Brazil, within the Yum Brands group. With a degree in Engineering from Poli-USP, she holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM and an MBA from INSEAD, both in Singapore and France. But Juliana isn't just about numbers, briefings, and strategies: she also loves to sing and sings in her own pop-rock band—because after all, the show must go on, inside and outside the parks.
