Graciela Kumruian

Graciela is a retail and technology leader with over 20 years of experience, currently leading Netshoes as CEO since 2023. Her professional career is marked by deep expertise in technology and operations, and a track record of leading digital transformations.

With a degree in Computer Science, she served as CTO at the 3rd Regional Federal Court, where she played a crucial role in the Electronic Voting Machine project. Her first stint at Netshoes was in 2008, when she built and structured the company's entire technology department. In 2012, she assumed the role of COO, leading several innovations in areas such as logistics, catalog, and customer relations.

After Netshoes was acquired by the Magalu Group in 2019, Graciela distinguished herself as Director of Customers and Integrations. Her talent and influence were recognized in 2018, when she was named one of the 10 most influential women in technology in Brazil by the ZDNet portal.
