Nelson Akira Sato founded Brazil Home Vídeo in 1985, and in 1989, he started his television business and changed the name to SATO COMPANY. He produced numerous hits: Cybercop, Ultraman, etc.
1991 - Distributed the film AKIRA in theaters. 2011 - First Netflix aggregator in Latin America. 2013 - Licensed KDRAMA on NETFLIX with WINTER SONATA and GU FAMILY BOOK, establishing a growing niche. In 2022, The Roundup and 2025, 12.12, THE MOON: SURVIVOR, and other titles. He expanded his business by releasing Naruto, Dr. Hollywood, Dog Whisperer, Spartacus, Chiquititas, Orange is the New Black, La La Land, Wonder, and others. Works with OTTs: NOW, GLOBOPLAY, GOOGLEPLAY, PLAYPLUS, PLAYKIDS, AMAZON PRIME, CLARO VIDEO, ITUNES.
