Igor Kupstas

Igor Kupstas founded O2 Play in 2013, a distributor for O2 Filmes, a production company owned by Fernando Meirelles, Paulo Morelli, and Andrea Barata Ribeiro, which has released over 100 films in theaters. He is a professor in the Audiovisual Business Postgraduate Program at FAAP. A journalist with a postgraduate degree in marketing, he began his career in 1999 at the film website e-Pipoca. In 2003, he inaugurated the digital marketing department at Europa Filmes. He is a founding member of ANDAI, an association of independent distributors. He brought Coppola to Brazil and is the father of Calvin and husband of Michele.
