Photos & Autographs | CCXP Guests

The Photos & Autographs by Heineken 0.0 area is where the official meetings with the CCXP guest artists take place. It is the space to eternalize unforgettable moments with a photo or leave with an autograph that goes straight to the collection (and to the heart). This area is located next to the Blast! Stage and close to the Omelete Stage, it is very easy to find. The sessions take place every day of the event and tickets can be purchased separately on Mundo Ticket, with the Epic Pass, or at the physical Photos and Autographs box office during the event, subject to availability.

ACTIVITIES RULES

All photo and autograph sessions with CCXP guests take place in the Photos & Autographs area upon presentation of the ticket valid for the type of activity and day purchased. In order to ensure organization and provide the best experience for all participants, rigorous rules are established. Check the details below:

Ticket Purchase

  • The purchase of tickets for the activities is made on the official Mundo Ticket website. Access the CCXP event page and click on the “Exclusive Experiences” button. Search for the desired activity or artist, select the artist, the day and the desired time, and complete your purchase. Upon completion, you will receive a QR Code that must be presented in the Photos & Autographs area.
  • The quantity of tickets for each session is limited and subject to stock.

Photo Sessions

  • Sessions occur on a first-come, first-served basis within the chosen session, and the fan must wait their turn in the queue indicated by the organization. When called, the participant must go to the location indicated by the organization, pose for the photo with the artist, and leave the location after the action.
  • It is not allowed to photograph or film the session. The use of cell phones is permitted solely and exclusively in the “Selfie Photo” format for the photo registration.
  • It is not allowed to enter the photo booth with bags, backpacks, tote bags, or accessories that the organization deems to disrupt the flow of the photo session. Therefore, these items will be left on an auxiliary table, outside the photo booth, with the staff responsible for your access. At the end of the session, they must be collected and checked by the participant themselves.
  • The photos in the “Individual photo”, “Group Photo” and “Duo Photo” formats will be taken exclusively by the official photographer of the organizer, and the photos in the “Selfie” format are the responsibility of the participant themselves, using their own cell phone.
  • To maintain the flow of the activity, the photo registration occurs quickly and objectively. Pay attention to the instructions from the support team.
  • The photo(s) in the “Individual photo”, “Group Photo” and “Duo Photo” formats will be available for download on the official website https://fotoseautografos.ccxp.com.br/, from 15 to 30 minutes* after the photo is taken. On this website, you must scan the QR code of your event credential to view the photo(s) taken and download them. They will be available until March 8, 2027.
  • The photo(s) in the “Selfie” format are the responsibility of the participant who took them; the organization is not responsible for their quality or loss.
  • Epic Pass customers are entitled to redeem one photo or one autograph, and this does not apply to group or double photos.
  • Interactions with the artist will only be allowed if they come from the artist's own initiative. We rely on everyone's understanding to maintain the flow of interaction and the programmed schedules. CCXP does not guarantee that the artist will perform a specific pose requested by the fan during the photo moment;
  • The team and security will take immediate measures in situations that constitute invasion of the artist's personal space or cause discomfort, as well as in cases of non-compliance with the rules.

Remember: it is essential that we respect and care for the artist so that this moment is special for everyone!

Autograph Sessions

  • Participants must wait their turn in the queue indicated by the organization and will be served in order of arrival. When called, the participant must go to the location indicated by the organization, position themselves for the autograph, and leave the location.
  • The use of cell phones to photograph or film the session is not allowed.
  • The activity consists exclusively of one (1) autograph per ticket.
  • To maintain the flow of the activity, the autograph collection occurs quickly and objectively. Pay attention to the instructions from the support team.
  • The autograph can be given on promotional material provided by the organization or on material brought by the participant themselves, provided that it is within the event access rules, following the rule of only one (1) item autographed per session ticket purchased. If you wish to have more than one (1) item autographed, it is necessary to purchase two (2) or more tickets for the same or different sessions.
  • The organization does not guarantee that the artist will agree to sign the item brought by the participant if they do not feel comfortable. Interactions with the artist will only be allowed if they come from the artist's own initiative. We rely on everyone's understanding so that we can maintain the flow of interaction and follow the programmed schedules.
  • The team and security will take immediate measures in situations that constitute invasion of personal space or cause any type of discomfort to the artists, as well as in cases of non-compliance with the rules.

Schedule

  • All sessions occur at the time indicated in the schedule and delays will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  • Those who do not attend within the purchased session time lose the right to participate, without the right to refund or rescheduling.
  • Upon arrival at the P&A area, your ticket will be validated. If it is not the time of the purchased session or a nearby time, our team will instruct you to return at the correct time. If everything is correct, you will be directed to the session queue.
  • We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your session time starts in the Photos & Autographs area.
  • The schedule may undergo changes without prior notice.

Photo Printing

  • CCXP will offer a separate photo printing service for the “Individual photo”, “Group Photo” and “Duo photo” formats that are taken in the Photos & Autographs area.
  • Photos in the Selfie format or any other that is not in the format cited above cannot be printed by the organization.
  • The printing purchase can be made in advance on the Mundo Ticket website or at the physical Photos & Autographs box office during the event. Upon purchase, the participant will receive a ticket with a QR Code, which must be presented at the Photo Printing Station in the Photos & Autographs area to select the desired image(s). It is possible to print as many photos as the participant wishes, upon presentation of a valid photo printing ticket with a QR Code.
  • The participant must present the credential with which they took the photo in the photo booth.
  • The photo is 15x20cm in size and comes in a personalized CCXP folder**.
  • If the participant does not use the photo printing service, it will be available in digital format for download on the official website https://fotoseautografos.ccxp.com.br/. On this website, you must scan the QR code of your event credential to view the photo(s) taken. They will be available until March 8, 2027.
  • If you opt for the printing service, it is not mandatory to print it immediately after the end of your session; the printing can be done on any day and time, within the operating schedule of the photo station during CCXP25, presenting the valid printing ticket and the event credential for the day the photo was taken.
  • The photo printing service will be performed at the Photo Station at the Photos & Autographs box office and will only be available during the event days: december 4th-7th.
  • The ticket for photo printing is not valid as an entrance ticket to the event or the Photos & Autographs area, much less for entry to the CCXP25 event.
